Sika Pyroplast P Intumescent Paint For Wood Overview

Sika Pyroplast Wood P is a white water based intumescent fire protection coating for timber which offers a EuroClass B-s1 d0 & British Standards Class 0/1 surface spread of flame on 10mm softwood/hardwood & 13mm composite woods.

The intumescent coating protects the timbers by forming a carbon char layer over the surface of the timber. Coverage = 14.3m2 per 5kg

Pyroplast Wood P offers a ultra smooth white finish with no need for a topcoat except in the areas of high wear or moderate humidity. Pyroplast Wood P offer a EuroClass B-s2 do without a topcoat, if the Pyroplast Wood W Top Coat is applied the fire rating improves to a EuroClass B-s1 d0
