Most stock orders are dispatched & delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
(Providing we have all information required to process the order).
If an item you've ordered is not in stock we aim to fulfill and deliver within 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Orders over £149 + Vat are delivered free of charge to England and Wales.
*Our offer excludes Scotland, Scottish Highlands | Islands, N.Ireland, S.Ireland and Channel Islands.

Unfortunately, we are not able to dispatch items to Europe.
When our courier has tried to deliver unsuccessfully and left a card, you MUST call the number on the card and arrange another delivery date. If you do not do this the package will be held at the courier depot for 3 days before another attempt is made.
YES. Please check the contents of your delivery prior to signing the courier documents. Once you items have been received & signed, no further claim for damages will be permitted.

It is our general policy not to accept return of goods.
In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 14 days of date of delivery provided that you have our writen agreement.
No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period.
Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense to the original source of supply as specified by us and a re-stocking charge of 20% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by us.
Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.
Any refund will be less the original carriage cost.

Please note:

• If you open tins and original packaging then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new so we will not be able to offer you a refund.

• We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been especially made/manufactured &/or tinted to a specific colour for you.

• We are unable to offer refunds on Fire Resistant / Intumescent coatings.

Return shipment will be at your own cost. We can not arrange a third party collection on your behalf.

When returning goods we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.

Yes, orders can be collected from our West Thurrock head office & distribution centre.
If you wish to collect please indicate this in the "Delivery Note" section of the checkout page. Alternatively, please call us on 0845 838 2225.
As soon as the goods are ready we will call you to arrange a convenient time for your collection.
Please note that for larger orders the driver collecting the goods must be suitably qualified for the carriage of dangerous goods.
Add as required, usually no more than 5-10% required by volume.
Avoid over thinning in cold weather when the paint will naturally increase in viscosity.
