How long will it take to receive my order?
If you select Paint Prime as your delivery option before Midday, we guarantee to dispatch your order the same business working day.**
If you select standard delivery we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business working days.**

The courier has left a card?
When our courier has tried to deliver unsuccessfully and left a card, you MUST call the number on the card and arrange another delivery date. If you do not do this the package will be held at the courier depot for 3 days before another attempt is made.
After a failed second attempt, your package will be returned to our central warehouse, where we will contact you to arrange another delivery at an additional cost.
Should I check my order before accepting it?
YES. Please check the contents of your delivery prior to accepting. Once your items have been received & accepted no further claim for damages will be permitted.
Can I return my order for a refund?
It is our general policy not to accept the return of goods. In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 14 days of date of delivery provided that you have our written agreement. No claim will be accepted for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense to the original source of supply as specified by us and a re-stocking charge of 20% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by us. Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit. Any refund will be less the original carriage cost.
Please note:
If you open tins and original packaging then we will not be able to offer the goods for resale as new so we will not be able to offer you a refund.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been especially made/manufactured &/or tinted to a specific bespoke colour for you. All BS4800, BS381c and Ral shaded are considered bespoke, which are manufactured to order.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been especially made to a specific colour for you.
We are unable to offer refunds on all Fire Resistant | Intumescent coatings.
Return shipment will be at your own cost. We cannot arrange a third party collection on your behalf.
When returning goods we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
