COVID-19 UPDATE - Our sales team are currently working remotely due to the Coronavirus pandemic & over recent days days we have received an alarmingly large amount of emails & telephone calls from customers requesting updates.

COVID-19 UPDATE -  Demand for a reduced range of paint & coatings on our website over the past 48 hours has once again increased.

As a result, new orders from today, 30th April, will be processed & dispatched within a minimum of 7-10 WORKING days, excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday) & Bank Holidays. This excludes products that require manufacturing / tinting. These products have temporarily been removed from our website to allow our manufacturing team time to fulfil existing online orders.

Existing online orders for manufactured/tinted products, placed before 27th April, are still subject to a minimum of 14 WORKING day delivery.

Unfortunately, due to high demand, manufacturing & tinting of our own brand of paint products still remains unavailable, whilst our warehouse fulfil the backlog of orders.We will update the site as soon as possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE : Today our telephone lines remain closed whilst we continue to evaluate & implement all the necessary health & safety requirements needed to enable our fantastic staff to work safely. It is hoped we will re-open our telephone lines on Monday 30 March 2020.

COVID -19 UPDATE : The Prime Minister has announced that all non-essential retailers will close to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

We have learnt that the DIY and Hardware store sector has been categorised as an essential retailer by the government. We are now working out the safest and simplest way to support our staff. Whilst we evaluate the current crisis that has unfortunately hit all UK business, our warehouse and sales office will remain closed today Tuesday 24 March 2020.

In addition to the above, we have become aware of increasing instances of courier companies approving a temporary change to Proof of Delivery (POD) signature requirements. In order to protect the courier drivers and consignees some drivers may place the parcel(s) on the floor and stand back 2 metres and advise that a signature is not required at this time. Instead, the drivers will state ‘CV’ as a signature instead (or similar). Please be aware that not all couriers are adopting this method and in some cases it seems to be down to driver discretion/preference. However, for the foreseeable future, in instances where the courier driver does not get a signature, we will be unable to obtain a signed POD for your order.It is also worth noting that whilst currently deliveries are being made on time, your patience is appreciated for any occasions where timed and Saturday deliveries cannot be met exactly.

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to develop we are ensuring we prioritise the health and safety of staff in the workplace, whilst preventing any disruption to our day-to-day operations.

Along with following up to date government advice we have implemented additional cleaning regimes and non-essential visits to our site, including all collection of paint, coatings and sundries from our trade counter.

Our manufacturing site and offices continue to remain open to our existing operational hours, but employees that can work from home will be doing so as of now. Electronic and virtual communication is the preferred option for all interactions until official advice changes for the wellbeing of our customers, supply chains and employees.

The protective measures we have taken at our manufacturing site and offices will ensure they remain open, with the capacity to continue manufacturing and supplying paint, coatings to the industrial, marine, professional contractor & DIY markets.
