Coo-Var High Performance Primer Sealer is an extra heavy duty water based clear 2 pack coating ideal as a barrier or sealer coat if compatibility is a problem when coating an existing paint.

Recommended as a primer for Coo-Var Profloor Paint if the surface is very porous or exceptionally smooth. Alternatively, it is good for increasing adhesion to difficult floors, tiles, etc.
Acts as a barrier between old floorings and selected Coo-Var products (e.g. Bitumen, smoke stained surfaces). Ideal in areas where organic solvents are banned.
Can be used on walls as well as floors.
Low odour.
